SBL需要背诵的内容

SBL要考察的重点有很多，其中E-commerce是学员学员掌握的一个内容，具体可以从四点进行学习：

1. 掌握e-marketing与traditional marketing的根本区别，e-marketing的主要特征体现在6I，如何通过6I使公司的e-marketing activities are more effective and efficient?

2. 如何利用e-marketing改善公司营销活动？体现在解决7P问题。

3. 利用IT重新组织整个价值链网络（restructuring the value network），包括向后backward to suppliers，以及向前forward to the customers and customers’ customers。

4. 证明该铁路公司投资线上购票系统是值得的(Justify the business case)。虽然考察的知识点是编制business case，但实质内容也离不开对于线上系统的优势的阐述（实际是ebusiness to sell train tickets online）。
